Hey all this is Satomi here telling you about a new exiciting suprise i made for you this week! TAAA DAAAAAAAAA!




Here is our new website for our guild Sublimes new website Enjoy! I also have been working on something very special for us.

We will be using DKP for our 25 man raids. I have been spending lots of time working on it so it is fair for all. This is how it works.

Webdkp allows me to track the guild members who particpate in raids. It also allows me to award them with DKP or Dragon Kill points. The way that you gain DKP is through being ready and on early for our raids. 30 minutes early will gain you 5 DKP. If you want an item you will roll on it when I, or the other 2 people who I will instruct on using Webdkp, link the drop in raid chat. I will check your dkp and the others who rolled on the item. The person with the highest gets it. Then i will give it to them and everyone else gets DKP while the person with the loot gets none. The DKP you get is based on the item and what it is. If a weapon drops in magtheridons lair and you get it. then everyone else in the raid of 25 ppl will get 100/25 dkp. you will be able to roll on items even if you have - DKP. That is how this will work for future raids for this weeks raids i suggest you be on early! thank you.

Downloading the latest Omen

OK guys I want everyone to follow this guide to the letter to download the latest Omen Threat Meter.

Step 1: Go to WoWace.com
Step 2: On the Right side of the window there should be a link that says Addons under a box called Links. Click on it.
Step 3: There will be a list of Links of the Alphabet. Click on the Letter "O".
Step 4: scroll down until you see "Articles in Category "Addons"" Look for "Omen" and click on it!
Step 5: On the 2nd Paragraph there will be a notice saying you should only install Omen using WoWAce Updater or from ZIP files at http://files.wowace.com/Omen click on the http://files.wowace.com/Omen.
Step 6: Download the file named Omen.zip and unzip it its that simple.
Also if you have the memory for it Download the WoWace Updater if you can. There is a mac version for it as well. I know because I just got it!
If you do this we all should be fine! now go get it!

Warrior Macro

All Sublime Warrior tanks need this Macro

/cast [stance:3] Berserker Rage; Berserker Stance;
/cast Defensive Stance;

This will switch you to Beserk Stance use Beserk Rage if you hit it once, hit it twice to return to Defensive stance.

Put it on an Action Bar.

USE THIS to tank Nightbane and any other boss that uses a fear on about 30 second cooldwon, which is perfect because thats the cooldown on this! enable enemy casting bars to see when they cast fear.

Warrior Macro

Beserker rage lasts 8 seconds I believe? I dunno I just use it haha. It is on a 30 sec CD. I use an enemy cast bar so when I see them casting the fear I promptly use my macro.

Fear Dance - think Nightbane, Onyxia... will put you into zerker stance, pop zerker rage and then (back) to def stance if you have a shield on or to battle if not

My favorite Anime

Ok guys I'm gonna post a link to the best site to watch the best Anime ever. Oh and please do watch it in Japanse with English Subtitles. If you get a choice watch the ones done by DB (Dattebayo) They are awesome people who get the english translations for the subs perfectly. You'll get used to the Japanese Audio and just be reading the subtitles. The site is veoh.com then search for Bleach. It's an awesome Anime that is all about swords and puts in lots of comedy as well. The first 20 are kinda boring compared to the next 36 but then there are filler episodes. Fillers are episodes that are usually exclusively to the Anime Version of the Series. They do fillers to let the Writer get the Comic(Manga)Version farther along so they can start the next saga, or arc, of the series before the Anime Version. Bleach does a great job with its first filler arc in that it is filled to the brim with Action, unlike many other Anime, which use fillers to just have the characters talk alot. Bleach does end up having to do this but not as much as other Animes. Enjoy Bleach! It's a great Anime.

The lore behind the Burning Crusade

I find this to be totally hilarious(is this spelled right?) and a good informant of why the hell and what we are fighting for in the Burning Crusade. This is from WoW Insider and I give all credit to them for this wonderful article. Thanks WoW Insider.


About two months ago, the Lead Designer for Blizzard gave an interview stating that Patch 2.4 -- specifically, the Sunwell instances -- will wrap up the story of the Burning Crusade. This got some of us here thinking. What exactly is the story of the Burning Crusade? Is it the tale of the blood elves and the draenei joining the Horde/Alliance factions? The mass exodus to Outland? The battles against the Illidari? Or the (once again temporary) defeat of the Burning Legion?

Actually, it's all of the above. And since it's now been over a year since TBC came out, it's about time for a review. So join KYL for ... the story of the Burning Crusade!

Once upon a time ... at the end of Warcraft III, Illidan Stormrage, Lady Vashj, and Kael'thas Sunstrider escaped certain death on Azeroth for the continent of Draenor. Once there, Illidan set himself up as Lord of Outland and appointed Vashj and Kael'thas as his top lieutenants. Illidan invited a group of the blood elves to come to Outland and serve him, and gave them new and improved techniques to siphon magic from the local demons.

This did not sit well with another group in Outland, the draenei. The draenei had been largely mutated or driven into hiding by their earlier war with the orcs, but the remaining draenei were still faithful to the Light and its champions, the too-cool-for-school Naaru. When the Illidari came and started enslaving the mutated draenei (or Broken), the remaining draenei decided it was time to take action. They stole the Exodar, part of a Naaru ship that had been taken over by the blood elves, and set out in search of salvation. One month ago, they crash-landed into some islands west of Kalimdor.

The arrival of the Draenei shook things up on Azeroth. Natural enemies of the orcs, they quickly took up with the Alliance (after some brief "OMG are you demons?" confusion) and swore a vendetta against the blood elves. The blood elves, ostracized from the Alliance because of their comrades' activities on Draenor, decided it might be a good idea to join the Horde before the blue-skinned weirdos and their hippie cousins staged an armed intervention. The blood elves were viewed with suspicion by the trolls, orcs and tauren, but were rapidly embraced by the Forsaken and their formerly high elf queen. Working hard to rejoin their prince in Outland, the blood elves were unaware of the depths to which Kael'thas had sunk ...

While everyone was distracted by these new and exciting developments, the Burning Legion was making its own play for power. The demon lord Kazzak, realizing that his loot was horribly outdated, went in search of a way to open the Dark Portal and go into Outland to meet up with his friends. He found an "artifact of incredible power" that let him do so. Hmmm ... looking at Kazzak's new loot table, I see nothing of incredible power. He should drop something that lets you teleport between Outland and Azeroth.

In typical Burning Legion fashion, instead of, y'know, quietly slipping through and amassing a huge army on the other side of the portal and invading in the middle of the night, Kazzak sent a messenger to pretty much go from city to city and yell "HA HA, WE OPENED THE DARK PORTAL! COME AND STOP US! WONDERFUL GEAR AND REFRESHMENTS AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST! ONLY $50 AT BEST BUY!" Demons also poured out of the portal for ... a week or so, after which they apparently got bored and stopped invading Azeroth.

Millions of adventurers took up the challenge and headed for the Blasted Lands, where they were met by a mighty force of millions of adventurers from the opposite faction trying to complete the entering quests. But eventually, the armies of the Horde and Alliance stepped through the Portal and onto the Stair of Destiny, where they were able to pick up a quest and maybe buy some water before getting disconnected five times in a row.

Three days later, when the servers were stable, the adventurers began to explore this new world. A few things quickly became clear:

*
The Burning Legion had a stronghold and some teleporters around the area, but they weren't really doing a great job of invading Outland.
*
The discovery of a lost tribe of orcs and the remainder of the Broken draenei meant that both the Horde and Alliance had vital interests in the area, and were planning on exploring it for all it was worth.
*
The refugee city of Shattrath, built by the Naaru and forbidding any fighting, guaranteed that we were going to end up running errands for a billion different warring races that no one would otherwise care about (i.e. arakkoa.)

While exploring the new areas, it became obvious that most of the problems in Outland were being caused by the terrible trio of Illidan, Vashj and Kael'thas. Vashj was draining all the lakes in Zangarmarsh into a giant reservoir in order to control the area politically (and maybe make a new Well of Eternity.) She was easily taken down by twenty-five adventurers, and Zangarmarsh was restored back to its ... lovely ... natural state. I'm sure the Marshfang Rippers appreciated it.

Illidan was creating an army of demon hunters, fel orcs, Nether dragons and enslaved Broken to stave off what he saw as the inevitable return of Kil'jaeden, which was remarkably prescient. He also attacked the Naaru in Shattrath City, which was less intelligent and eventually led to his downfall. With the Naaru's help, the Broken Akama freed Illidan's longtime stalker, Maiev Shadowsong, and they began an operation to take him down from the inside. Akama, Maiev, and yet another group of adventurers finally defeated the misunderstood quasi-demon.

And Kael'thas ... well, props to Blizzard for pulling a bait and switch on this one. At first, it looked like Kael'thas was draining mana from the area of Netherstorm to power Tempest Keep, aid Illidan's plans, and maybe build a new homeland for the blood elves. Then, after some quests, the renegade blood elves known as the Scryers discovered that he had jumped ship on Illidan and started working for the Burning Legion, possibly to get the elves a better magic source. Yay for shortsightedness! Anyway, adventurers yet again stormed Tempest Keep and took out Kael'thas, only to have him announce (once you'd already returned to Shattrath and couldn't go back to finish him off) that he'd survived and would return to be a bigger pain in the ass than ever.

Indeed he did. From what we can see on the test realms, patch 2.4 begins with a bang, as Kael'thas and his groupies sneak into Silvermoon City and steal the captive Naaru that was being used to "power" the blood elf paladins. As such, the blood knights renounce their allegiance to their prince and join up with the Naaru in Shattrath City. Kael'thas and his remaining loyal elves decamp to the isle of Quel'Danas, where they reactivate the powerful Sunwell and attempt to use its energies to summon Kil'jaeden. One presumes that they do not succeed, although it would be totally awesome if they did. "Sorry for all your hard efforts, adventurers, but you were two minutes too late. If only your priest didn't go AFK to get high, you would have stopped the destruction of the world ... but no."

And that's the story of the Burning Crusade.

Also, there was something with trolls.

Well for those of you who do not know. 2.4 will remove MH and BT attunements. It is also adding the Legendary ranged weapon! it is a bow that does not need ammo and has a passive quiver effect (meaning that you do not need a quiver with it!) That is gonna be one BA weapon! oh and it really is a hunter only weapon. It doesn't have a class restriction but obviously hunts are gonna get this first. Well Have fun! I've been busy and will be for the next 3 weeks. Don't count on me updating often. sorry guys. Cya round!

Another facet to Musashi

Many people do not know this, until recently myself included, apparently I'm a darn good poet. whaddya know? so I've decided to post my 2 poems I've created. Enjoy!

Night Sky

Winds running through my hair like a maiden at my back.
Frost chilling my cheeks, the winter maiden’s lips kissing my face.

Two young maidens talking next to me, holding both my hands.
Speaking of my great knowledge on the night sky and all its wonders that make it all unique.

Looking at the Moon and stars with wonder in their eyes.
To see the night sky for the very first time is bliss unto its own.

Breathing in the scent of that last night of summer with those maidens next to me is to be content and happy as anyone can ever be. Yet mingling with that smell is one many people know, the smell of a campfire burning slowly low.

To taste such sweet happiness would make an angel cry. For Angels cannot see the heavens in which they lie.

That my friends is how I spent a summer night with two maidens by my side, yet along with them I have my friends and memories of that beautiful night sky.

Finally its over with

This past week I finished my college application process and I am waiting on the word that I've been accepted. Hopefully this means that I will have more time to level up my Warrior and get my rogue some more gladiator gear, well thats all for now cya later.

Akie's progress

Well I've been busy doing school work and stuff so I haven't had time to work on this blog much. Hopefully by tomorrow I'll have been accepted to the college I applied to.

Now onto my progress on my warrior.

My warrior is now 27,less than a bar from 28, and has found a very nice 1H axe from Duskwood's Legend of Stalvan quest.

Akie's dash to 70

Well last night I hit 23 and managed to run to Southshore from Menethil, hitting Refuge Pointe on the way. I hate Arathi Highlands, I also hate Arathi Basin. I also went to Theramore to train my First Aid past 225, but I couldn't. Today I intend to level again at least once.

Update: I found out you do have to be level 35 before you can get past 225 First Aid. Bummer >.<

Fun in Karazahn and Arcatraz

Well last night we raided Karazahn, even though we failed to down Attunemen, who we usually down in one shot, we ended up having a great time. We got Attunemen down to 5% with only 1 warrior tanking and for the last 15% Afghandan and I tanked him for about 30 seconds each. Mind you we are rogues. Pretty amazing considering we had only 1 tank, our mage D/C and 3 healers,one of them being a ret pally. Rogue tanks FTW!

About an hour later Thunder and Bara were getting attuned, Thunder on his druid, They are in Arc and are at the key frag room with one guy in the way of the box. Thunder,Leikinn and Bara are @ 10% health about each. They agg the VW guy near the box and Bara runs to get the Key frag spawning the guy, he gets one shotted. Leikinn recounts this on our vent server and we can't stop laughing for about 10 minutes.

Even though I ended up have a 10g repair bill that night I had to say it was all worth it for the fun we had.
